EDUCATION
Education Creates Opportunity.
Nadine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mineral and Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto, graduated from the University of Oxford with an MBA focused on finance and strategy, and she also earned a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering, specializing in geotechnical engineering, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Her education has been instrumental in achieving technical expertise, developing strategic thinking and becoming the leading advocate for women in engineering.

Nadine began her career as a mining engineer before advancing into executive leadership roles with some of the world’s leading engineering organizations.
For more than a decade, she led business-development initiatives for the mining and metallurgy division of SNC-Lavalin and later for Bantrel, a Bechtel-backed engineering, procurement and construction company. In these roles, she worked alongside global clients to develop complex mining and infrastructure projects, strengthen strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

As a senior business-development leader within SNC-Lavalin Mining & Metallurgy Division, Nadine advanced strategic growth initiatives across the global mining sector.
